SHIPPING & RETURNS
After our goods are manufactured, they go into the inventory at the factory itself. Keeping our inventory in the manufacturing unit plays a huge role in avoiding the use of plastic (as poly packing is a standard requirement for warehouse storage) and also reduces the carbon footprint involved in transportation.
All orders are picked up from our dispatch unit and shipped by our logistics partners. In our environmental impact assessment, we found out that delivery was a major contributor to the carbon footprint of our brand, hence, during checkout, we request our customers to contribute a nominal amount in offsetting the emissions of shipping. Wear Equal contributes the rest.
Every order is individually packed in our signature cotton canvas pouches that are reusable and come in handy in storing utilities later. The pouches are then put into un-laminated paper bags and stuck with water-adhesive paper tapes. For larger orders, corrugated boxes are used.
While our logistics partners send you tracking details and delivery timelines from their end, we also share a message with the details. You can simply click on the link in the message to know when you will get the package.
Anything purchased from our inventory and tried on once is NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE due to hygiene concerns of the nature of the product. Exception returns & exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only after a thorough investigation is done that the products have not been used.
In case a return OR exchange is approved, we request the customer to send the products at their own cost as we don’t have a mechanism of exchange and return pickups. On our part, we send the exchanged item at our own cost.
