When we started our brand with the mission of upcycling textile wastage and converting the little pieces of premium fabric scraps into quirky and fun underwear for women, little did we figure that we were again creating some waste down the lane!
Did you know that
As more and more sustainability enthusiasts joined us on our mission, we sensitized ourselves about the single-use nature of undergarments! Much like single-use plastic, underwear is one such item of clothing that cannot be handed down, donated, thrifted or swapped – for hygiene reasons !!

This leads to a great amount of textile waste generated by the undergarment industry worldwide - in fact, according to popular reports -
clothes and other textiles made up almost 8% of all trash that was sent to landfills!

So, we were in a bit of a dilemma what to do ?

As a brand practicing zero-waste manufacturing practices and making sure that even a shred of fabric that can be saved gets converted into beautiful products that have added value! We decided to take full responsibility of what we put into the system and focused on a solution to close the loop –
again, somehow!
